Presentation of the requirements of the “1953 Forum” to the relevant authorities in Israel and organizations around the world to promote and restore the rights of Holocaust survivors who immigrated to Israel before and after 1953 from the USSR and countries of Eastern Europe.

Carrying out work with the aim of recognizing the Association as an umbrella organization that unites and represents the interests of refugees who survived the Holocaust, veterans of the Second World War – on the territory of the USSR and the countries of Eastern Europe.

Assistance in realizing the intellectual and volunteer potential of associations working in the above areas, promoting projects in the field of art and culture for members of the Association, providing them with the opportunity to express themselves, realize their talents and meet their cultural needs.

Holding socially important meetings devoted to various areas of culture, to brighten up loneliness and organize cultural activities for members of the Association.
